Vecer Hopes Border Arbitration to Turn from Political to Legal Issue

Maribor, 27 November - Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration is moving forward and there is hope that it will turn from a political to a legal issue, Saturday's daily Vecer comments the exchange of notes on the ratification of the arbitration agreement, under "Notes Exchanged".
