Krizanic Says Worst Over, Announces EUR 3BN Bond Issue
Ljubljana, 29 November - Finance Minister Franc Krizanic took stock of the ministry's achievements in the first two years of the new government, saying "Slovenia is active and is winning the fight with the crisis". He also announced a new state bond issue worth EUR 3bn for 2011.
