Upper Chamber Rejects Changes to Taxation of Farmers

Ljubljana, 29 November - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, vetoed on Monday the amended income tax act introducing changes to taxation of farm subsidies and big farms. Councillors believe that the law, passed by the National Assembly on 23 November, will increase taxes on farmers.
