Delo Compares Digital Switch to School

Ljubljana, 30 November - The 1 December switch to digital broadcasting is nothing revolutionary although the government may claim it to be, daily Delo comments on Tuesday. It is more of a typical Slovenian story where everyone involved is dodging responsibility and acting as if they were in school, the paper adds.
