Delo: "Gross Domestic Problems"

Ljubljana, 2 December - Commenting on the GDP figures for the third quarter and EU forecasts for Slovenia's budget deficit for next year, daily Delo says in Thursday's edition that Slovenia has no option but to undertake painful reforms if it is to reduce its budget deficit to below 3% of GDP by 2013.
