Budva, 2 December - Justice ministers of the Western Balkans, gathered at a regional conference in Budva, Montenegro on Thursday on boosting efficiency of the judiciary with the help of out-of-court settlements, showed much interest in Slovenia's experience in mediation, presented by Justice Minister Ales Zalar.
