Slovenia Opposing EU Changes to Maternity Leave

Brussels, 6 December - Slovenia was among the majority of EU members who expressed opposition in Brussels on Monday against the proposal of the European Parliament for introducing a minimum of 20 weeks of maternity leave across the bloc. Slovenia fears this will mean less time off for fathers.
