Brussels, 8 December - Health Minister Dorjan Marusic said on Tuesday after a EU council meeting in Brussels that announcements of major losses and deficits in Slovenian health care have not come true and that the system would probably finish the year with positive figures. New solutions are nonetheless needed, he added.
