US Development NGO Inaugurates Regional Office in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 9 December - International Relief and Development (IRD), a US NGO providing aid to the world's most vulnerable people, inaugurated its regional European office in Ljubljana on Wednesday evening with its president Arthur Keys noting the choice of Slovenia was prompted by the depth of relations and the country's success.
