Council of Europe Fears RTVS Act Hiding Political Influence

Paris, 9 December - The public broadcaster RTV Slovenija act, which will be put to referendum on 12 December, may bring the broadcaster's Council - one of the governing bodies - additional legitimacy, but it carries with it the risk of strong political influence, the Council of Europe (CoE) points out in an assessment of the act.
