Mencinger Pleased with Slovenia's Development - Until 2004

Ljubljana, 12 December - Economist Joze Mencinger, who was the economy minister in the first democratically elected government, says he is pleased with the way Slovenian society was developing after independence - but only until 2004. He describes the time after 2004 as a "gambling period".
