Maribor, 11 December - Capitalism with Asian values is taking over from the Western counterpart, but it needs an authoritarian regime and a lower level of human and political rights, daily Vecer comments on Saturday. It points out that for the first time in 74 years, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate was unable receive the award in person.
