Krka Again Banned From Selling Donepezil in Norway

Novo Mesto, 15 December - The Swedish subsidiary of the Slovenian generics maker Krka has again been banned from marketing Donepezil in Norway over patent violation. The same demand for a temporary injunction was meanwhile rejected in Denmark in Krka's favour, Krka reported on Wednesday.
