Unions Move to Secure Referendum on Pension Reform

Ljubljana, 15 December - Slovenia's biggest trade union confederation, the ZSSS, responded on Wednesday to the pension reform passed in parliament on Tuesday by launching proceedings for a referendum. An initiative has moreover been given for a veto by the National Council, which is expected to debate the reform next week.
