Slovenia Needs More Generals to Raise Profile in Intl Missions

New York, 19 December - Major-General Janez Slapar, a defence adviser at the Slovenian permanent mission at the United Nations, believes that Slovenia could raise its profile in UN peacekeeping missions, but to do that it needs more generals.
