Pahor Says Euro Must Be Preserved as Heart of the EU

Brussels, 17 December - Prime Minister Borut Pahor said on Friday that one of the main conclusions of the EU summit is that the common currency is the heart of the EU and that securing its stability will be the key issue in the coming years. He added that Slovenia does not support the Franco-German initiative for cuts in EU's future multi-year budget.
