Manager Association Head Says Banks to Blame for Tycoons

Ljubljana, 18 December - The president of the Manager Association and chairman of energy group Petrol, Aleksander Svetelsek, has told daily Delo that banks are almost exclusively to blame for the rise of tycoons in Slovenia. "Banks should be asked why they have financed certain management buyouts," he told the paper.
