Biathlon: Neuner Wins Women's Sprint at Pokljuka

Pokljuka, 18 December - German Magdalena Neuner won the women's 7.5km sprint at the biathlon World Cup meet at Pokljuka on Saturday, finishing in 27:25.9 with two missed shots. Her good running was enough to leave Anastasiya Kuzmina of Slovakia (+11.2/1) in the second place and Finnish Kaisa Makarainen and Russian Olga Zajceva (+17.0) in the third.
