S&P Downgrades Slovenia's Credit Outlook

Ljubljana, 23 December - Rating firm Standard&Poor's said Thursday it had downgraded the outlook for Slovenia's sovereign foreign currency credit to negative from stable, citing concerns about the government's commitment to narrow the budget deficit.
