Delo Comments on US Ratification of New START Treaty

Ljubljana, 27 December - The New START, while being a great symbolic step towards the reduction of nuclear power of the two superpowers that control 95% of all the murderous weapons, is seen as nothing of consequence by the non-nuclear world, daily Delo notes on Monday after the treaty was ratified by the US Senate last week.
