Delo: Croatian Government Shake-up Merely Cosmetic

Ljubljana, 29 December - Delo argues that the shake-up in the Croatian cabinet - Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor sacked her deputy and the finance minister - were merely cosmetic touches, the latest and almost certainly unsuccessful attempt at saving herself, her government and her party.
