Fmr. President Continues to Wield Power, Magazine Says

Ljubljana, 3 January - Reporter, the right-leaning magazine, claims that former President Milan Kucan continues to wield significant power in the background through Zares president Gregor Golobic, making Slovenia perhaps the only country with a parliamentary system in which power does not reside with the prime minister.
