Delo Cautious about Reforms

Ljubljana, 6 January - Reforms have been hanging over Slovenians for the past two decades, but in 2011 they seem imminent, if nothing else because they are inevitable, daily Delo says in Thursday's commentary entitled "The Beauty of Inevitability".
