Maribor, 12 January - Insolvent builder CPM from Maribor has proposed that it repay 35% of its debt to its non-preferential creditors as part of court-mandated debt settlement. The Maribor District Court appointed Silvo Zorec the administrator in the proceedings on Wednesday.
