Ljubljana, 13 January - It will be rather cloudy in Slovenia on Thursday, with the possibility of fog in valleys in central Slovenia and on the coast. Morning lows will range from -2 to 2 degrees Celsius, but will warm up to between 5 and 10 degrees during the day.
