State Prosecutor General Favours Reversal of the Burden of Proof
Ljubljana, 13 January - State Prosecutor General Barbara Brezigar is in favour of introducing a reversal of the burden of proof into Slovenian legislation, she said on Thursday as she presented a report on the prosecution service in 2009 to the parliamentary Interior Policy Committee. The committee endorsed the report.
