Court Acquits Nationalist MP Charged with Incitement

Ljubljana, 14 January - The Ljubljana Local Court decided on Friday not to punish leader of the opposition National Party (SNS) Zmago Jelincic for the comments he made about the Roma on a 2006 infotainment show. The prosecution demanded a suspended sentence of six months with one year probation and now has eight days to appeal.
