International Law Expert Leaves Arbitration Prep Groups
Ljubljana, 19 January - International law expert Marko Pavliha has decided to stop his cooperation in the implementation of the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration agreement. Pavliha wrote Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar in an open letter on Wednesday that he was leaving both the consultation group and the smaller subgroup of legal experts.
