Rome, 20 January - Slovenian basketball club Union Olimpija defeated Lottomatica Roma 64:63 (18:19, 33:35, 47:49) in the first week of Top 16 play in the Euroleague in Rome on Thursday in a dramatic turnaround finish. It was the first game Olimpija played in the top 16 since 2004.
