Ljubljana, 24 January - It should be partly clear around the country on Monday, with the possibility of snow flurries during the day, especially in central Slovenia. Morning lows will range from -8 to -3 degrees centigrade, with day-time temperatures ranging from -3 to 2 degrees, up to 6 at the coast.
