Optimism Prevails as Minority Gears for Bilingual Signs Talks

Ljubljana, 25 January - Minister for Slovenians Abroad Bostjan Zeks and a senior ethnic-Slovenian office holder in Austria expressed moderate optimism on Tuesday about negotiations on bilingual signposts in the province of Carinthia that are due to start on 3 February.
