Delo on State of the Union: "Back to the Future"

Ljubljana, 27 January - The State of the Union address by President Barack Obama reminded the daily Delo of speeches by American presidents at the height of the the Cold War. But without an external enemy of Soviet format, the paper reckons Obama will find it hard to achieve his lofty goals.
