Ljubljana, 27 January - Details are starting to emerge about the reasons for the arrest of Celje District Court Judge Milko Skoberne, with media reports suggesting that he had lifted custody and suspended an international arrest warrant for a man in exchange for EUR 9,000, but he wanted more, resulting in the man retaliating.
