Kranj, 28 January - Local Government and Regional Development Minister Dusa Trobec Bucan launched with Swiss Ambassador Robert Reich in Kranj on Friday a EUR 4.13m green energy and development project organised as part of Switzerland's decision in 2006 to provide financial aid to new EU members.
