Parliament Passes Declaration on Yugoslav Communities

Ljubljana, 1 February - The National Assembly endorsed on Tuesday a coalition-sponsored declaration on ethnic communities from the former Yugoslavia living in Slovenia. The document brings no new legal status for the communities or new obligations for the government, but merely expresses the parliament's general position on these communities.
