Panel Calls for Responsible Internet Use

Ljubljana, 2 February - Improper conduct on the internet should be punished with a fine similarly to public disturbances, Jernej Rovsek of the Ombudsman's Office told a panel debating ethical behaviour on the internet in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
