Parliament Passes Controversial Amendments to Archives Act

Ljubljana, 4 February - The National Assembly passed controversial amendments to the act on historical documents and archives on Friday, restricting access to the archives of Communist-era intelligence services in a move that is being condemned by the opposition as an attempt to cover up terrorist activities by the Office of State Security (SDV).
