Ljubljana, 5 February - The Euro group could have avoided the lengthy and painful debates which are sending ambiguous signals to the distrustful financial markets had they tested how watertight the eurozone rescue system was when determining the rules of the European Financial Stability Facility last May, Delo says in Saturday's front-page commentary.
