Slovenia Launches Wetland Preservation Project

Ljubljana, 7 February - A project for the preservation and management of wetlands in Slovenia, dubbed WETMAN, aiming at restoring and improving the condition of six wetlands of community importance, was launched last week. The project, worth EUR 2.14m, is a part of the European LIFE+ programme.
