Court Orders Judicial Inquiry against Bavcar and Srot

Ljubljana, 7 February - The Ljubljana District Court has rejected the indictment filed against the former bosses of holding Istrabenz and brewery Pivovarna Lasko, Igor Bavcar and Bosko Srot, over failed MBOs in their companies, and ordered the prosecution to launch a judicial inquiry into the matter, the state prosecution told the STA on Monday.
