Ljubljana, 7 February - Postojna police have filed a criminal complaint against Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic and three other former leading employees of retailer Mercator over abuse of office, POP TV reported on Monday. The four allegedly took commissions in connection to the construction of a shopping centre in Nis, Serbia.
