Scientists Confirm Meteorite Find in Slovenia
Škofja Loka, 9 February - An object found over a year ago near Skofja Loka, NW of Ljubljana, was confirmed to be in fact a meteorite, according to the website of the National Geological Institute on Wednesday. The meteorite is the third and largest found in Slovenia so far.
