Family Law Remains Deadlocked Despite Govt Concessions

Ljubljana, 10 February - The controversial new family law remains deadlocked at second reading on committee after the government failed to get the opposition on board Thursday with a compromise that waters down a heretofore liberal proposal on gay adoptions.
