Ministry Presents Motion to Protect Small Creditors
Ljubljana, 16 February - The Justice Ministry has drafted amendments to the insolvency proceedings act aimed at protecting small creditors in court-mandated debt restructuring proceedings, Minister Ales Zalar told the press on Wednesday. The changes stipulate that insolvent companies must repay at least 30% of claims and can delay payment for a maximum of two years.
