Sava Group Sells its Stake in Joint Venture Sava-Schaefer
Kranj, 22 February - Conglomerate Sava sold on Tuesday its 50% stake in Sava-Schafer, a Kranj-based producer of rubber roll covers, to German SchaeferRolls & Co. KG, which owned the other half of the joint venture. The company employing 40 people will be renamed SchaeferRolls.
