New Attempt at Electoral Reform Without Full Coalition Support

Ljubljana, 22 February - After the coalition decided to take another go at abolishing electoral districts and introducing preference votes in the general election, the changes seem to be at a dead end once again, as the reform that needs a two-thirds majority in parliament does not even have the full support of the coalition.
