Panel Feels Arab Unrest Catches West by Surprise, Creates Unease

Ljubljana, 23 February - The surprise by which the unrest in the Arab world caught the West and Arab leaders and the need to also interpret the events from an economic perspective, were among the points highlighted on Wednesday in a panel in Ljubljana, which included Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar and philosopher Slavoj Zizek.
