Govt Addresses Public Procurement Issues, Loopholes

Ljubljana, 24 February - The government overhauled on Thursday public procurement regulations to provide what it says would be effective legal protection for the parties involved and for public interest, as well as to streamline auditing procedures and abolish loopholes that enabled bidders to block public procurement procedures.
