Delo Pessimistic about the Prospects for South Stream Pipeline

Ljubljana, 25 February - Delo argues that Russia stands to win in the dispute with the EU over whether state-owned gas giant Gazprom should be limited in its activities on the EU market in accordance with a package of energy regulations called the third energy package.
