Prices of Existing Housing Down 0.8% Y/Y in Q4 2010

Ljubljana, 25 February - Prices of existing housing real-estate in Slovenia dropped 0.8% in the forth quarter of 2010 compared to the same period the previous year. Existing flats were up 0.5% year-on-year, while existing houses were down as much as 6.1%, the National Statistics Office said on Friday.
